Love, as I’ve come to know it.

True Love as I’ve come to know it has no opposite
the opposite of this Love is not hate

hate comes from the ego, and is an emotion
Love is so much more than an emotion, more than a feeling

Real Love is a noun, a force to be reckoned with
Real Love is an integral part of being, from the One Love
Real Love just exists, tangible; you can feel it

You cannot create Real Love, since it already exists
Love has been here since the beginning,
and there is enough for everyone
You cannot stop Love,
it spills out from the four corners of everywhere

If we let it; Love envelopes our actions, fills our hearts,
and we channel Love back

Love flowing from us, one direction, out to the world,
indiscriminately, to every person we interact with

Real Love has no equivalent
and everything good comes through Love

Real Love is not an emotion
not like the love in songs on the radio,
not like “I love you”

Real Love is everlasting and eternal
Real Love stands the test of time

All we can do to make the world better
is to not be a hindrance to ourselves

to let Love flow, and not get in the way with our fear
to share Love, and to share Love without prejudice

we use Love to touch each others’ lives, to inspire passion
and to bring us close to why we are here

Love, is the great equalizer
But, that’s just Love as I’ve come to know it
